Why was my credit deducted when the driver was the one that cancelled?

Credits may still be deducted even if the driver cancels due to the following reasons:

- Parcel not ready for collection

- Office closed upon arrival

- No parcel available for pickup

- Customer unable to locate the parcel

- Excessive waiting time at the location
