Does uParcel provide CPF contributions for uParcel delivery agents?

CPF Policy 

uParcel provides CPF Contribution to all our Delivery Agents. 
  1. If you were born before 1995: you can choose to opt out and not to contribute to CPF for your deliveries, unless you have opted in to CPF contributions. For those who did not opt in, only the mandatory MediSave contributions will be deducted and submitted to the CPF Board.
  2. If you were born on or after 1995: it is mandatory to make CPF contributions. Delivery Agents born in/after 1995 cannot opt out of CPF contributions.
