Pack Normal Items:

• As the sender, you are responsible for providing your own envelope, bag, or packaging for the items.
• uParcel does not provide packaging materials.

Pack Frozen Items:

• Use appropriate packaging to maintain the item’s condition during delivery.
• This may include thermal bags, insulated boxes, or styrofoam boxes if necessary.

Essential Packing Guidelines

•  INTERNAL PACKING Item should be snuggly packed to prevent shifting during delivery. Gaps can be filled up with rolled kraft paper/corrugated boards/foam sheets, air pillows, or packing peanuts etc
  

• If it is FRAGILE such as cannot be dropped or thrown, please label fragile and bubblewrap your item properly. Please label the address and any special instructions such as "Do Not Beng" & "Fragile"
  

• CHILLED / FROZEN - Needs to be thermal insulated, e.g. thermal bag, or Styrofoam box. To include ice packs or ice gels.  Items can last ≥6 hours in ambient conditions.
  

•  CAKES / PASTRIES should be secured in holders to prevent shifting during transportation. Cookies should be in containers that are padded to remove spaces & prevent rolling.
  

• FLOWERS should be maintained upright to prevent leakage. Packaging that helps to secure include carton boxes with holders, or carriers that fit the bouquet snuggly.
