What should I do if an item is out of stock or unavailable?
Please cancel the pickup by selecting 'Parcel not ready for pickup - Take photo of the parcel or location' and then indicate "Item is out of stock" in the remarks and submit a photo of the shop or the message from seller informing that item is out of stock.
- Please Go to My Jobs from the bottom menu bar and Tap on Cancel Job. (You can only cancel jobs that have not been updated to Item Picked up)
- Select your reason for cancelling and tap Submit. If you have chosen a reason tagged with "Take a photo of the parcel or location", please do so as proof to support your cancellation.
Reasons for Cancellations:
- Arrived on time, parcel not ready (take photo of the parcel or location)
- Arrived - Parcel size underdeclared and unable to deliver (take photo of the parcel and location)
- Arrived but seller closed (take photo of the location)
