What does ‘Pending Acceptance’ status mean?

“Pending Acceptance” means your job has not yet been accepted because there are currently no delivery agents within your vicinity to take the booking.
  • uParcel is a delivery booking system, and not all requests can be fulfilled immediately.

  • The majority of requests are usually accepted within 1 hour.
