How can I request for a refund?

General Refunds:

  1. All refunds will be automatically processed to your e-wallet.
  2. If you prefer the refund to go to your credit card or bank account, please send a formal request to express@uparcel.sg.
  3. Our Finance team will process your refund once the request is received.

Refunds for Different Delivery Slots:

  1. If you paid for one delivery slot (e.g., 1-hour delivery) but want to switch to another slot (e.g., 3-hour delivery), you can request a refund for the difference.
  2. Email express@uparcel.sg with your bank details for the refund to be processed.

Notes:

  1. Refunds for delivery changes or service delays are handled through the same email process.
