How do I contact my delivery agent?

To contact an agent or track the status of your parcel, you can proceed to click on www.uparcel.sg/track.

You will be able to see the agent's information if you wish to contact them.


What does each status mean?

If it is under 'Pending Acceptance', it is waiting for our agent to accept the job request. 

The job request has been approved by our agent if the status is "Pickup in Progress." 

If our agent has picked up the parcel or document, it will appear under 'Items Picked Up'.


Can you help me track my parcel?

Hello! You track your delivery by going to our website, www.uparcel.sg/track and entering your delivery number.

You can also obtain the driver’s contact details there if you would like to reach out directly regarding delivery timing. Thank you!
