What are the Surcharges?

Delivery to City Area

Pickup or dropoff to (i) Downtown, (ii) Orchard, and (iii) CBD areas, or for postal codes starting with 01-08, 17-19,22-23. 

This would have an additional cost of $2

Delivery to Tuas Area

Pickup or dropoff to Tuas areas, or for postal codes starting with 627, 628, 629, 638 and 639.

This would have an additional cost of $4

Delivery to Changi Area

Pickup or dropoff to Changi Airline House areas

This would have an additional cost of $15

Delivery to Entry Fee Area

Pickup or dropoff into (i) Sentosa, (ii) Changi Airport, (iii) Changi Aviation Center, and (iv) Tuas South 637, 636.

This would have an additional cost of $10

Long Distance Deliveries

For trips that are > 18km from pickup to dropoff point.

This would have an additional cost of $2

Night Delivery

For bookings made from 11pm to 7am. Only 1 Hour Rush service is available during this period.

This would have an additional cost of $15

Waiting Time

Agents are only able to wait up to 10 mins, any additional waiting time may be subjected to this surcharge.

This would have an additional cost of $0.40 per min

Fall Below Fee

Corporate Account Holders: Imposted if <10 bookings / mth, to cover administration of corporate benefits. No fees if 0 bookings made.

This would have an additional cost of $10 per month
