How can I contact my delivery agent or track my parcel?
To contact an agent or track the status of your parcel, you can proceed to click on www.uparcel.sg/track. You will be able to see the agent's information if you wish to contact the agent.
To check the status:
If it is under Pending Acceptance, it is waiting for our agent to accept the job request.
If it is under Pickup in Progress, job request has been accepted by our agent.
If it is under Item Picked up, parcel/document has been picked up by our agent.
